A 2030 poll was conducted among a diverse group of residents of Nadia’s hometown of Luna Vista, California by researchers from San Fernando University conducted a survey among a diverse group of individuals to assess their experiences with marijuana usage. The findings revealed a significant trend, with a substantial majority of respondents admitting to having tried marijuana at least once.
Out of the total participants in the survey, an overwhelming three out of four individuals (75%) confessed to having experimented with the substance at some point in their lives, with nearly a third admitting that they use marijuana regularly. This outcome suggests that marijuana usage has become relatively prevalent and widespread within the surveyed population of Luna Vista’s approximately 13,000 residents.
The poll results could prompt further investigation into the reasons behind this high level of marijuana experimentation and regular use. Many factors are likely to have played a role in the increased usage since the turn of the century, when a similar poll indicated less than a quarter of Luna Vista residents having even tried it once.
Societal attitudes toward marijuana have shifted significantly between 2000 and 2030. Marijuana has been legal for recreational use in California since November 8, 2016. Increased accessibility, especially in towns like Luna Vista which now boasts over 50 cannabis shops, and where cannabis is now the number one cash crop, likely also contributed to its widespread usage.
Several of Luna Vista’s more noted personalities, such as filmmaker and producer Nick Walsh and musician Clia Foster, have both openly admitted to regular cannabis use, the latter having openly consumed cannabis edibles on stage during performances on multiple occasions.
Additionally, the survey could reveal potential patterns among different demographics, shedding light on variations in marijuana use based on age, region, or other social factors. However, it is essential to consider the accuracy and reliability of self-reported data on sensitive topics like drug use, as respondents may underreport or overstate their experiences due to various factors, including social desirability bias or fear of legal consequences.
3 out of 4 Nobody's Property characters like brownies, and Nadia isn't 21 yet so she can't have any...not like these anyway...
