Why Does Nadia Sometimes Beat Child Abusers With Their Own Severed Limbs???

Vigilante characters such as Nadia Willis sometimes sever the limbs of their adversaries, then beat them with their own severed limbs. While not a terribly common motif in fictional narratives, it does sometimes happen within genres that embrace graphic and exaggerated storytelling such as comics and manga, graphic novels, and certain films. While not a universally pervasive theme, this trope serves several narrative and symbolic purposes, often contributing to the overall tone and impact of the story.

Nadia occasionally employs the use of a child abuser's or white supremacist's severed limbs - that she personally severed - as weapons to beat them with after she has severed the limb in question. Even Negan from The Walking Dead never attempted that! (At least, not in the AMC series)

One reason this concept may be utilized is for the shocking and distinctive imagery it provides. The visceral nature of a vigilante wielding an opponent's severed limb and smacking them with it, if we're being honest, serves as an indelible and striking visual cue, underscoring the heightened intensity of the narrative. This imagery leaves an impression that aligns with the vigilante's brutal methods and the rawness of their quest for justice or vengeance.

Something one might not have thought about is that sometimes, a vigilante like Nadia might beat people with their own severed limbs to symbolizes their dominance over her adversaries. This isn't necessarily why she does it. Nadia gets a twisted rush out of the sense of retribution and irony that beating abusive people with their own severed limbs provides. She is particularly fond of severing the arm containing their dominant hand, to use against them in a bizarre and psychotic sense of poetic justice, where the adversary's own actions contribute to their downfall.
